Return & Refund Policy

Customers can return their purchased product from our website within 7 days in perfect condition. We cannot offer a refund beyond the 7 days
To be eligible for a return, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
A return is only eligible if the product is defective or if you have received a product that you didn’t order.
There cannot be any return if you entered an incorrect pin code or mobile number during the purchase.
Return is not eligible if the size ordered doesn’t fit. Please check our Size Guide before purchasing.
We do not accept returns and don’t issue refunds for products purchased offline.

Please remember, sometimes the actual color may vary slightly from image due to color reproduction of your phone/computer screen.

Kindly open the packaging and check the item when you receive it. Reject the delivery if you have received the wrong product by mistake or you find it damaged during transit.

On receiving the return, we will inspect the item and will send you an email informing you of the approval/rejection.

On approval, we will process the refund within 7 working days.
Please note, there cannot be any refund of COD fees and delivery charges.
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 working days, then first check your bank account. Contact your credit card company as it sometimes takes longer for the refund to show. Contact your bank as the processing time is sometimes longer.
