Chitpatang makes both pre-paid and COD deliveries within India. We work with many delivery partners like Amazon, DTDC, Delhivery, Expressbees, Blue Dart, and EKart. How long it will take for the delivery depends on your Pin Code. Buyers can expect to receive the order between 4 and 7 days of the purchase, depending on the location. Within Kolkata and around the city, deliveries are made in 2-3 days maximum.
Exchange & Return

If you are asking for a return and exchange, kindly make sure that the product is in good condition, in the same condition in which you received it. We can issue the replacement only after receiving the returned item.
Refund
